Tämänvuotinen Flow Festival näyttää aina vain paremmalta, erityisesti sunnuntai, jolloin esiintyy kolme upeaa naista: Feist, Björk, St. Vincent. Tämän lisäksi sunnuntaina esiintyy myös eteeristä ambientia soittava A Winged Victory For The Sullen, mistä olen hyvin innoissani. Toivottavasti pääsen näkemään kaikki neljä, etteivät keikat mene päällekkäin.

A Winged Victory For The Sullen on yhtä kuin säveltäjäherrat Adam Wiltzie ja Dustin O'Halloran. Wiltzie tunnetaan Stars of the Lidin toisena jäsenenä ja O'Halloran puolestaan elokuvasäveltäjänä, joka on tehnyt ääniraidan muun muassa Sofia Coppolan elokuvaan Marie Antoinette. Duon viime vuonna julkaistu debyyttilevy on herkän kaunista, mutta intensiivistä musiikkia, joka vaatii huomiota ja hiljentymistä. Tänä vuonna elokuun toisena sunnuntaina tullaan Suvilahdessa varmasti kokemaan jotain hyvin maagista.
This year's Flow Festival in Helsinki is looking more and more appealing, especially Sunday when three great women take the stage: Björk, Feist and St. Vincent. In addition to that an ethereal ambient duo A Winged Victory For The Sullen will also perform and I'm really excited about that! I hope that I'll get to see all of four, that the performances won't overlap.
AWVFTS are composers Adam Wiltzie and Dustin O'Halloran. Wiltzie is known for being a member of Stars of the Lid and O'Halloran for doing film scores such as to Sofia Coppola's movie Marie Antoinette. The duo's self titled debut album that was released last year is delicate but intense, beautiful music that demands your attention and silence. This year the second Sunday of August will surely be a magical experience.
